SCREEN SAVER END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT - READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT CAREFULLY

1. INTRODUCTION. 3D Calendar Clock is a commercial screen saver software product created by Bright Bug Software. All binaries, images, source code, and documentation included with the screen saver are the property of Bright Bug Software. Every effort has been made to ensure that the screen saver is a high quality product. The screen saver is provided AS IS without warranty.

2. COPYRIGHT. 3D Calendar Clock is Copyright © 2005 by Bright Bug Software. You must reproduce all copyright notices on any copies of 3D Calendar Clock and you must not remove the notices. You acknowledge that United States copyright law and international treaties protect 3D Calendar Clock. Bright Bug Software retains all rights to 3D Calendar Clock and reserves the right to modify the screen saver and this license agreement without notice. YOU MAY NOT REDISTRIBUTE 3D CALENDAR CLOCK WITHOUT EXPRESSED WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM BRIGHT BUG SOFTWARE. YOU MAY NEVER REDISTRIBUTE 3D CALENDAR CLOCK FOR SALE OR PROFIT.

3. LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL BRIGHT BUG SOFTWARE OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS ASSERTED ON THE BASIS OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF BRIGHT BUG SOFTWARE HAS BEEN WARNED OF THE POSSIBILIITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGES. BRIGHT BUG SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR YOUR USE OF 3D CALENDAR CLOCK. 3D CALENDAR CLOCK IS NOT GUARANTEED TO BE 100% BACKWARDS COMPATIBLE FROM MAJOR RELEASE TO MAJOR RELEASE. UPGRADES AND DOWNGRADES TO 3D CALENDAR CLOCK MAY BE APPLIED IN EACH NEW VERSION. WRITTEN NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN AT THE DISCRETION OF BRIGHT BUG SOFTWARE BUT WRITTEN NOTICE OF CHANGES TO 3D CALENDAR CLOCK IS NOT REQUIRED. 3D CALENDAR CLOCK HAS BEEN EXTENSIVELY TESTED BUT IT IS NOT GUARANTEED TO BE FREE OF ALL DEFECTS AND BUGS.

4. SUPPORT. Bright Bug Software will not be held accountable to provide free support or be required to maintain, fix bugs, or otherwise provide enhancements or new features to the 3D Calendar Clock. However, support is often given at no charge. Requests for support, features, and upgrades may be sent to support@brightbug.com or by visiting http://www.brightbug.com.

5. DISCLAIMER. 3D CALENDAR CLOCK IS SUPPLIED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BRIGHT BUG SOFTWARE DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LEGAL LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF 3D CALENDAR CLOCK. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, DECOMPILE, OR SELL 3D CALENDAR CLOCK. YOU MAY NOT HACK 3D CALENDAR CLOCK OR ANY FILES DISTRIBUTED WITH THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. YOU MAY NOT USE 3D CALENDAR CLOCK IN HATE, RACIAL, OR OTHER OFFENSIVE PROJECTS. BRIGHT BUG SOFTWARE MAY AT ANY TIME DISCONTINUE TO PROVIDE 3D CALENDAR CLOCK IN WHOLE WITHOUT NOTICE. IF 3D CALENDAR CLOCK IS DISCONTINUED, YOU AGREE THAT BRIGHT BUG SOFTWARE IS NO LONGER REQUIRED TO SUPPORT THE PRODUCT. YOU AGREE TO HOLD BRIGHT BUG SOFTWARE HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LAWSUITS OR OTHER LEGAL DISPUTES.

6. LICENSES. YOU MUST PURCHASE A LICENSE FOR EACH COPY OF 3D CALENDAR CLOCK IF YOU DECIDE TO KEEP THE SOFTWARE AFTER THE 14-DAY TRIAL PERIOD. You may make one backup copy of 3D Calendar Clock and one backup copy of your license key. You may not use your license key to register your screen saver on multiple computers even if two or more of these computers belong to you. You may not sell, give away, or post your license key on the Internet or other form of public media where others may see your key.

7. TERMINATION OF LICENSE. Failure to comply with the above license will result in termination of your use of 3D Calendar Clock. Bright Bug Software may demand that you stop using 3D Calendar Clock if it is determined at any time that you are using the screen saver in breach of this license agreement. In such an event all copies of 3D Calendar Clock in your possession must be destroyed. Upon removal because of breach of this license agreement, you must provide expressed written notice of the removal and compliance of the termination. You will be given 30 days to comply in the event of termination of this license agreement.

8. DOCUMENTATION. Documentation for 3D Calendar Clock configuration options can be found under the help menu for the screen saver. Bright Bug Software does not warrant documentation completeness, ensure that documentation will be error free, or up-to-date.
